PowerG PIR Pet Immune Wireless Motion Sensor
The PowerG PIR Pet Immune Wireless Motion Sensor is an indoor motion detector designed to help protect rooms, hallways, offices, living areas, and other interior spaces as part of a compatible PowerG security system. This sensor detects motion inside the protected area and sends an alarm signal to the panel when movement is detected based on the system programming.
This motion sensor uses PowerG wireless communication for reliable encrypted signaling between the detector and the compatible alarm panel. It is a strong option for residential and light commercial alarm systems that need dependable motion detection with pet-friendly false alarm reduction.
Compatible Alarm Systems
This PowerG PIR motion sensor is designed for compatible PowerG alarm systems, including supported DSC PowerSeries Neo, DSC PowerSeries Pro, and Qolsys panels that support PowerG wireless sensors. Compatibility should always be confirmed before ordering, especially when replacing an existing motion detector or expanding an existing alarm system.
Pet Immune Motion Detection
This sensor is designed to help distinguish between human motion and pet activity when installed according to manufacturer guidelines. The pet immune design can help reduce false alarms from pets up to 85 lbs, depending on mounting height, room layout, pet behavior, and sensor placement.
PowerG Wireless Communication
PowerG wireless technology provides secure, reliable communication between the motion sensor and the compatible alarm panel. This makes it a strong choice for modern alarm systems that need dependable wireless performance and encrypted sensor communication.
Designed for Indoor Motion Protection
This PIR motion detector is designed for indoor use in areas where motion detection is needed. It can help protect open rooms, hallways, entry areas, offices, storage rooms, and other interior spaces where a door or window contact alone may not provide enough coverage.
Reliable Detection Coverage
The PowerG PIR Pet Immune Wireless Motion Sensor provides wide-area motion detection for supported indoor spaces. Proper placement is important to help maximize coverage and reduce unwanted alarms from pets, sunlight, heating vents, ceiling fans, and other environmental factors.

Important Compatibility Notice
Before purchasing, please confirm that your alarm panel supports PowerG wireless motion sensors and is compatible with this PowerG PIR Pet Immune Wireless Motion Sensor.
This sensor is not a universal motion detector. It is intended for compatible PowerG systems and is not designed for Honeywell/Resideo 5800 Series, 2GIG 345 MHz, Qolsys 319.5 MHz, DSC 433 MHz, or other non-PowerG systems unless your panel configuration specifically supports PowerG devices.
Pet immunity depends on correct mounting height, room layout, pet size, pet activity, and installation location. Pets that climb furniture, jump near the detector, or move close to the sensor may still trigger motion events.
Programming may require installer access to your alarm panel. Wireless range, motion sensitivity, pet immunity performance, sensor supervision, and alarm response may vary based on panel model, firmware, service provider, mounting location, and system programming.
